About Long Term Care Awards

The Process Success Foundation along with The Rose Smalls Brown Initiative have partnered together to create an Award Show for the Heroes on the frontline in Nursing Homes around the country.  Every month they will hand out the Lenoir Jenkins ‘THUMBODY’ Award (“GRIFF”s mother who had a phrase when he was little to tell her children “look at your thumb and repeat after me … I AM THUMBODY”) because of his mom and his early comedy experiences as a child “GRIFF” knew that there was a need for helping those who help our loved ones.
