The Process Success Organization was founded by comedian, author, radio personality, humanitarian, and U.S. Army veteran Arlen “GRIFF” Griffin.
GRIFF built the organization on a simple belief: every child deserves access to caring mentors, positive role models, and life-changing experiences. He knows firsthand what a mentor can mean in a young person’s life — and he’s spent his career making sure the next generation has someone in their corner, too.
